I stayed for three nights in the superior twin room. it was very clean and spacious. the balcony faced the lake and was surrounded by nature. the staff were super friendly and helpful. I just loved everything!!!

decent stay with monkey encounters
free kayaking elephant sanctuary friendly staff intimidating monkeys limited transfer mosquito presence
the hotel provided complimentary kayaking, which i enjoyed. the location was convenient as it was near an elephant sanctuary. (seeing elephants on a morning walk to breakfast was a plus). the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs.
monkeys were all over the resort and could be intimidating on the balcony. the hotel's free transfer service had limited availability. mosquitoes were also a constant presence throughout the grounds.

amazing views spacious room convenient location monkey presence bland breakfast limited transfer
I appreciated the location. It seemed like the best resort I've visited. The mornings brought Amazing views, and I made sure to wake up to them. The room was spacious, and housekeeping kept it clean daily. THE resort's proximity to an elephant sanctuary proved convenient.
Monkeys were a significant presence on the hotel, which can be concerning. I believe the staff should implement some deterrents to keep them away without harm. Breakfast was a letdown. It was bland and lacked service. THE transfer service had limited hours.
